Yes! Every cake topper is handcrafted and personalized just for you. We love bringing your ideas to life.
How do I contact you?

Orders
How do I place a custom order?
Select your design, provide personalization details, and complete checkout. For special requests, email us and we’ll help make it happen.
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
We try to accommodate changes if possible, but once production has started, we may not be able to make edits. Contact us as soon as possible for any changes.
Returns
Can I return or exchange my topper?
Because all toppers are custom made, we cannot accept returns.
What if my topper arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 3 business days with photos. We’ll review the situation and work with you to make it right.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only offered at our discretion for damaged or incorrect orders. Each situation is reviewed individually.
Shipping
Do you guarantee delivery dates?
We do our best to get your topper to you on time, but delivery times are not guaranteed once the order is with the postal service.
What happens if my order is lost or delayed in the mail?
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages once they are with the postal service. You can track your order using the tracking information provided at shipment.
